A Super Bowl of Chili

This is a hot healthy chili that is sure to please during the Super Bowl.


1 pound ground turkey with 2 chopped onions, 2 green chilies and 1 red bell pepper diced

Cook all above slowly for about 10 min.

Add spices, amount varies on preference of taste: Ground pepper, garlic, cumin, chili seasoning, paprika.

Leave over low to medium heat until most of the juice has gone.

Add 2 cans of tomatoes (14.5 oz)

1 large can of baked beans (28 oz)

1 can Kidney beans

1 can black beans


Simmer for 1 hour and serve

This recipe has no added salt and is high in fiber…enjoy!
